COEUR DE MEDITERRANEE Rosé is a dry IGP Méditerranée rosé from Southern France. The blend of Grenache (noire), Cinsault and Syrah shapes a clean, bright Mediterranean style — fresh, fruity and easy to enjoy without feeling heavy.
On the nose you’ll find strawberry and red-berry notes with a light floral lift; the palate is dry, crisp and refreshing. Serve it properly chilled at 8–10°C. Food-wise, it’s a versatile match: aperitif and light bites, goat cheese salads, and fish — especially salmon (steamed or grilled).
