La Burgondie Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc de Noirs Brut N.V. is a sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir and Gamay grapes. It has a deep golden colour and exquisite bubbles. Aromas of violets and red fruits such as red currants and strawberries are complemented by soft spices. On the palate, the wine shows good structure, power and finesse, making it an excellent match with appetisers such as foie gras, fish, white meat and exotic fruit desserts. The wine is aged for 16-18 months, which contributes to its balanced and harmonious flavour.
